AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
When ordering from, viewing or accessing the Wetlandsonline website (/www.wetlandsonline.com/g), owned and operated by Wetlands Gadgets & Gear, Inc. (WG&G, Inc.), you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and have read and understand these Terms of Service. Please note that these terms can be modified by WG&G, Inc. at any time without prior notice.

When ordering from, viewing or accessing www.wetlandsonline.com you agree with and acknowledge the following:
1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. You consent to the viewing of sexually explicit material and in doing so you waive any future right to take legal action against WG&G, Inc. based on viewing or accessing this sexually explicit material.
3. You will not distribute or share any of the information found at www.wetlandsonline.com with persons under the age of 18 or any other persons who would be in violation of the law by accessing such material.
4. You agree that by ordering from, viewing or utilizing in any way the website at www.wetlandsonline.com, that you are not in violation of any law in your state, province, country or any other jurisdiction.
5. You acknowledge that safe and appropriate use of the products purchased at www.wetlandsonline.com is the user's responsibility and that the products will not be used in any way that could prove harmful to the user or others.

When using the products offered at Wetlandsonline.com you do so at your own risk. Information relating to these products is provided as a courtesy to customers. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the user to use the product in a manner that is safe and within the boundaries of law.
RETURN POLICIES
Just in case it's not obvious, due to the physical nature of the products sold at wetlandsonline.com, we have a rather strict return policy. Here it is:
All Sales Are Final
We Cannot And Do Not Accept Return of Merchandise
There are exceptions to this policy and here they are:
1. If an item is found to be defective (i.e. your vibrator doesn't vibrate) it may be exchanged or returned for credit (with no additional shipping charges).
2. Another exception to the no-return rule is in the case of human error. Say for instance, you ordered the, Mermaid Vibe Collection but received the, Hardman's Tool Kit, we will of course exchange the product -- if it has not been used.
However, returns must first be approved by a Wetlandsonline staff member prior to return. Please call or e-mail us if you encounter either of the scenarios described above .323-225-1933 or admin@wetlandsonline.com
IMPORTANT: the defective item must be in its original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Remember, you must first be approved by a Wetalndsonline staff member. Items missing original packaging will not be exchanged or credited.
Refunds or exchanges may take up the 3 weeks to process. Please follow this checklist list for items needed for returns:
1. Original Packing Slip
2. Original Packaging & Product
3. Letter of Explanation - The letter should explain the reason why you found the product to be defective and should also tell us if you wish a refund or a replacement.
4. The Return Approval Code # from Wetlandsonline
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Our prices are calculated in U$ dollar$ and are valid only in the United States. The prices for all of the products we offer on our website are subject to price verification by WG&G, Inc. Because pricing changes from our product manufacturers do occasionally occur (without notice), WG&G, Inc. retains the right to adjust its prices at any time. Customers will be notified of any price changes prior to credit card processing via e-mail. This rarely happens but just in case it does, we wanted to explain why. You will have the option to decline the transaction if the price does not correspond with what you had in mind. Information relating to the 300+ products offered on our website is updated daily. However, all of our products are subject to availability and can sometimes be out of stock, on back order, or may be discontinued without notice. We deal with over 10,000 products and it is difficult to keep everything completely up to date. Since uploading all 10,000 products would be a bit overwhelming, please let us know if you have a favorite product that you don't see on our website.
