INFORMATION ON PHONE ORDERS

Though most of our customers place orders over the internet, some of our customers prefer placing orders over the phone and we are happy to take phone orders from our customers. 

If you call us during our regular business hours (8:00am to 4:00pm M-F West Coast Time) and get our voicemail it simply means that we are either on another call with another customer or in the warehouse filling orders.  If you leave us a message we will get right back to you, usually within 1 to 3 hours.  We are very discreet when returning phone calls and never leave messages with product information. 

While some of our competitors offer 800 numbers for phone orders and have operators 24 hours a day, many of these operators are a subcontracted service and the person taking your order may know nothing about the product you are ordering and will be unable answer any questions that you may have about your product.

We have a different approach.  We have a small staff (3 people) and have “hands” on experience with many of the products that we offer.  We try to keep our prices low and our standard of customer service high.  Often times we find ourselves working late on the weekdays and we work some weekends.  If we are here and the phone phone rings we will always answer it.  The best time to reach us is between 8:00am & 10:00am (M-F West Coast Time)
