How will my order be shipped & what will the package look like?
All of our products are shipped in plain, ordinary, nondescript cardboard boxes via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL. The only way of knowing what's inside the package is by opening it. If you don't want anyone to know what's inside the box, just make sure you are the person who opens it.
How will the charge appear on my credit card?
The name on our return address mailing label & the name that will appear on your credit card bill is:

How much will shipping cost?
ON ORDERS OF $70.00 OR HIGHER - DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING IS FREE!
Getting an estimate on shipping costs prior to checkout is quick and easy!
1. Load up your cart with the items you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the link View or Edit Cart (located in the right column, above the Checkout button).
3. Type in the shipping address Zip Code into the GET RATES box.
4. Use the two Pull Down Menus to see the various Shipping Methods and their costs.
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS & FEDEX. Due to the ever rising cost of fuel, shipping costs are much higher than we would like them to be. We strongly recommend using USPS as we have found USPS rates to be the most economical. Below are details for the various shipping methods.
USPS
- USPS Free / Ground - Orders $70.00+ allow 3 to 10 days for delivery (US Mainland only)
- USPS Flat Rate / Ground - Orders $69.99 or less - allow 3 to 10 days for delivery (US Mainland only)
- USPS Priority Mail - allow 2 to 3 days for delivery (Monday - Saturday, US Mainland only)
- USPS Express Mail - Overnight Delivery for orders received before 1:00pm PST (not guaranteed to all zip codes, extra $ for Saturday deliveries, US Mainland only)

We offer Global Express Mail Service and Fedex International for our International* Customers and Customers ordering from US territories (off US Mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.). Since shipping rates and delivery schedules depend on where the package is going, the best way to get a rate is to follow the instructions on this page, just below, "How much will shipping cost?".

*Please understand that we can only ship to countries that offer postal insurance, we cannot accept responsibility for any orders confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments and all import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How quickly will you ship my package of goodies?
We ship orders every business day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be received and shipped the following business day. If you place your order before 1:00pm (West Coast Time) or 4:00pm (East Coast Time) your order will be shipped the same day. Though we cannot absolutely guarantee same day shipping, rest assured your order will be shipped as soon as humanly possible. If the product you have requested is on backorder and not currently available you will be notified via e-mail.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will provide information regarding order shipment date, along with other specifics that will let you know when to expect your package of goodies.
